Wonhyo’s Understanding

When I feel disconnected, I often reflect on this tale of Wonhyo’s enlightenment. Never Ending Improvement

Every time we promote to the next rank, we learn about what we need to do to get better. Belt tests help us set short and long term goals. They remind us of the importance of practice. The new year is always a super time to reflect on our goals! In class we talk aboutContinue reading “Never Ending Improvement”
