While we are staying home, it’s important to keep stretching! Stretching helps keep us flexible, improves balance, allows us to kick higher, builds strength, can reduce soreness, and aids in avoiding injuries. It allows us to practice our perseverance. We reflected in class this week on what we learned at tournament. We discussed patience, fairness and the importance of practice. It was summed up perfectly by a five year old who was at his second competition. He had been disappointed not to earn a trophy his first time.
