March 2021: Special Guest Ms. Cassandra Aranda, the education manager with the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC).
We are happy to be celebrating Women's History Month with our special guest from WWBIC. Their mission is to open the doors of opportunity by providing targeted individuals who are interested in starting, strengthening or expanding businesses with access to critical resources such as responsible financial products and quality business and financial education. They focus on individuals who face barriers in accessing traditional financing or resources in pursuit of their dreams and economic well-being … in particular women, people of color, veterans and low-income individuals.
Cassandra Aranda is the Education & Volunteer Manager at the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation. She received her BA in Political Science from Alverno College. Aranda leads the planning and execution of over 300 educational offerings per year, bringing business education to those just considering starting a business to entrepreneurs who have been in business for years. She enjoys cultivating relationships with professionals, organizations, and institutions to continually elevate the offerings and experiences for her clients. Outside of work, Aranda is a boy mom of 2, who loves being outside with her family.
