This past year sure has been a test to one of our martial arts tenets: indomitable spirit. If someone has an indomitable spirit, they never give up and are not easily discouraged. Even through the pandemic, quartetines, masks, and virtual school and work, we still made it through. As you think back throughout the year, think about the little accomplishments. Maybe you read tons of books, started healthy habits, found a new hobby, or simply took some time for yourself and family. Whatever it may be, you still showed indomitable spirit by pushing through the year. Keep that same mindset as we go into next year; nothing can stop you from reaching your goals!
